Kim brings more than 20 years of experience building relationships and communities through efficient and effective property management. A leader in providing expert and transparent financial management, Kim consistently exceeds client expectations. His long track record of satisfied repeat clientele is a testament to his ability.
ROLE:
As President of OPMG, Kim assists co-operative and non-profit housing communities to develop and implement strategic plans. He acts as a liaison with the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, sector organizations, the Service Manager, and other key organizations as required.
In his spare time, Kim is a family man. He enjoys golfing, watching soccer, travelling, and spending time with his wife and three children.

Rukiya provides OPMG with a unique understanding of community building through the involvement of all affected stakeholders, including Boards, residents and the local children. Her unique understanding and approach truly yields the results desired by OPMG clients.
ROLE:
As Vice President, Rukiya assists with new business development and coordinates the smooth transition of new co-operative and non-profit clients from their previous manager to the OPMG family. Rukiya works with the team to ensure all areas of concern are addressed in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
Prior to joining OPMG, Rukiya earned a Masters Degree in Education and spent several years teaching at the Secondary level with a focus on ESL and Guidance.
In her spare time, Rukiya enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her family.

Vanessa has been involved in the co-operative/non-profit housing sector for more than 10 years. Vanessa's strong administration skills and experiences have placed her in the position of
Special Project Administrator. As Managing Director, Vanessa’s role is unique to the
Ontario Property Management Group.
ROLE:
Vanessa Ly, Managing Director, is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of OPMG, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness is achieved in utilizing the resources of OPMG in order to meet the needs of our client.
Vanessa served with a mid-sized Toronto – based property management firm that served the Co-operative and Non-Profit sector where she served in several positions including Property Manager and Quality Control specialist from 1998 until September 2005 when she joined the OPMG team.

Mohammad brings more than 12 years of direct non-profit and co-operative property management expertise. Mohammad joined the OPMG team in April 2004 and has continued to exceed expectations as a valued leader within the organization.
ROLE:
As OPMG's Senior Manager, Mohammad is responsible for building relationships and providing guidance, supervision, and direction to OPMGs Property Managers. Mohammad oversees the corporate Client Asset Management Program, ensuring that items such as planned preventative maintenance programs and maintenance contracts are effective and operational.
Before entering the property management field, Mohammad worked in the hospitality industry as a Front Desk Manager as well as a Rooms Division Manager with numerous large international hotel chains. In his spare time, Mohammad enjoys spending time with family and friends and he has a passion for the golf course.

Maninder brings more than 9 years of direct non-profit and co-operative property management expertise. Maninder joined the OPMG team in February 2004 and has continued to exceed expectations as a valued leader within the organization. She has worked as an administrator and a property manager.
ROLE:
As OPMG’s Senior Manager, Maninder is responsible for building relationships and providing guidance, supervision, and direction to OPMGs Property Managers. Maninder oversees the corporate Client Asset Management Program, ensuring that items such as planned preventative maintenance programs and maintenance contracts are effective and operational. Maninder trains and supports new managers.

Mubarak brings more than 18 years of accounting experience to OPMG. Mubarak joined the team in September 2005 and has excelled in the area of financial management expertise. Mubarak also holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and is an expert in the implementation of YARDI (Genesis and Enterprise) property management software.
ROLE:
Mubarak is responsible for the efficient and accurate production and timely distribution of our clients' financial statements. He also provides consultancy to prospective clients on OPMG's behalf.
Prior to joining OPMG, Mubarak held accounting positions with Easton's Group of Hotels and a mid-sized property management firm. Mubarak also was District Bank Manager for The Bank of Punjab, located in Lahore, Pakistan.
In his spare time, he devotes his time to various social organizations, working to provide assistance to those who are less fortunate. He enjoys cricket, hockey and spending time with his two daughters.
